Welcome to FreshKey Cleaning Co. We are a modern, modest, cleaning business based out of Middlesex Massachusetts, specializing in residential and Airbnb cleaning services. Our goal is to make your space shine and give you the peace of mind you deserve. With our attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction, we strive to exceed your expectations with every clean.

Our Policies

1 / Cancellations 

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Less than 48 hours' notice: A $50 fee will apply and no refund will be given.

  • More than 48 hours' notice: No fee and no charge.

4 / Rescheduling

To reschedule your cleaning:

  • You must give at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • The new appointment must be booked at least one week in advance, based on our availability.

  • Our schedule fills quickly — rescheduled appointments may be delayed.

2 / Client Expectations 

To ensure a successful cleaning, clients must provide:

  • Access to the property (keys, codes, or someone present)

  • Working utilities (water, electricity, etc.)

  • Available parking nearby

  • A safe and sanitary environment — we cannot clean in the presence of biohazards or pest infestations

  • Sensitive or high value items are secured, removed, or made known about before clean.

  • Confine/remove pets before clean, if not clients will be upcharged $25. Please note the quality of the clean may be dampered by any pets obstructing our process.

3 / Issues with Service
5 / We do not...

  • Clients are offered a 24 hour window to report an issue with their clean 

  • We will go back and fix an issue with the clean for free (circumstancial)

  • We do NOT Clean Basments or Garages

  • We do NOT move heavy furniture, appliances, or climb ladders.
